On 2017 Ocean, should the switch light up when pressing the 'lock all doors' button on drivers door panel?

The switch works but the light does not come on.

If yes, can I replace the bulb?

and with what?

No it doesn’t have a light and don’t forget you’ll be locked out if you exit via the sliding door and don’t have a key.

The reason I ask this question, is that the same identical switch is in my Audi...and on the Audi the light (in between the two lock/unlock) switches does illuminate when you press the lock switch. The VW switch has the same light bit, but does not light up.
