Only one of the burner tops working

Hi guys,

I thought I was simply out of gas, but when I lifted the tank out I noticed I had quite a bit left.

Turns out the right (furthest from the front seats) top is not working, ie. no gas coming out, and obviously, not lighting up.

However the left one is working fine though, so the problem seems to be isolated.

Anyone had similar issues before?

Yep , some have , not me .
Could be it needs a good clean were the gas comes out .

Remove jet and clean it using compressed air or buy new

Take the top off the burner (2 torx screws) and vacuum any debris in there. If your vacuum nozzle doesn't fit push some tube in it and insert that into the well under the burner top. That should fix it!

Hi guys,

Tried to open from the top and clean, but still not working.

Could there be anything stuck further down?

Or perhaps another part that needs changing?

I can't recall the actual arrangement of the supply to the burners (and it cold and dark outside just now!). Maybe the supply pipe is kinked or damaged, or if there is a valve in line it may have been accidentally turned. Try turning the burner on without the jet in and smell if anything comes out; if not trace the supply back.
