Panel above door

Does anyone know how the left hand panel above the sliding door is fixed? Or how best to go about removing it. I can hear a Velcro type sound when I push it home. It moves in and out about 10mm at the right hand side I take it this movement isn’t normal.

A lot of the trim including that part is held on by a Velcro type product called dual lock, see attached Needs a good amount of force to separate and relock .

Thank you Gordon, I assume that one of the adhesive strips hasn’t stuck properly. I will work up the courage to pull it off, I will have to as I can’t have the rattle!

I didn’t have to pull it off in the end. I managed to get a torch in the gap and can confirm that it is indeed fastened on by a full horizontal row of the dual lock tape about two inches from the top of the panel across the whole width. Each side of the tape looked fixed to its mounting so I suspect it was never properly closed at the factory. I stood on the bench seat and put my considerable weight onto the panel starting at the left and working across to the right. I could hear it locating and it now appears well fixed. Winner
