Phillips Security system issues.

I hace a 1994 California coach hightop with a factor installed phillips car system security. You cant start the engine,(naturally aspirated five cylinder diesel) wirhout the key fob. It drains the battery while sitting and if anything happens with the key fob I'm f******. Anyone have any help on removing the system. The door lock part already doesn't function just the ignition part. I approached on e mechanic and he just gave me the sign of the cross and ran away. I assume its relay driven but where is it.
