Premium Bluetooth and Handsfree dialling

Hi, I have the premium bluetooth and MFSW option on my cali and I can't seem to work out how to get the handsfree dialling to work from the steering wheel button. It may be an issue with my phone set up but if anyone has it working then let me know. I discovered yesterday that the premium bluetooth also comes with a handy button near the rear view mirror which when pressed automatically dials the VW recovery service. I tried it from my garage and it works which is reassuring...mind you, thinking about it, scribbling down their contact number and shoving it in the glove box would be far cheaper

It's possible the steering wheel button isn't codded to activate the voice control.
