I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago that my radio was playing up when the weather was hot, the touchscreen would not respond to touch. Anyway it got worse so I booked in at the dealers last Saturday as they had to plug their machine in to check it. I did send them a video of it not working too…..Anyway they had to send all info to the warranty people to see what they say. Today I got a call from the dealers saying the warranty claim had been approved and a complete new radio will be fitted. The only problem is that they are on back order and they have no idea when they will be in stock. I am very happy with this outcome and very very happy that I renewed my All in Policy last month . Not too sure what a new radio with sat nav, car play etc will cost but it won’t be cheap and sure it’ll outweigh the cost of the policy itself. I recommend getting the All in Policy 100%
