Rain water accumulating under Drivers side

Our Cali is parked on the drive on almost level ground but when I drive off after rain, a lot of water comes out of the vents in the floor pan under the drivers door/sliding door area.

I think there must be a blocked drain in the bodywork somewhere, any ideas?

There is a tube in the window support down to the back f the wheel and this can get distorted or twisted an then blocks drainage through hole at top.
Fixed by heating up with a heat gun and untwisted. Done by service.

Thanks! I will go and see the nice people in South Hereford. They have a couple of other things to look at.
