Raising roof after emergency closure?

My roof used to sag a little on the drivers' side. Now sags on both sides but more pronounced on the drivers' side. The automatic self raising did not happen over the 2 day period either.

The awning has separated at the glued join due to the Saharan summer so that will need replacing.

Just a couple of things to keep the dealer busy.
