RCD310 DAB Problems

Hi all,

I have the RCD310 with DAB and I'm currently experiencing a few problems:

The DAB radio is constantly losing signal and / or retuning to other stations and I cant work out why. I have been through all of the menus and settings and cant see anything obvious that should cause it to do this. It is really irritating as it is literally every few minutes. Any ideas? Am I missing anything obvious?

Also, when playing music from an iphone/ipad through the 'media-in' lead in the glove box it is constantly skipping, jumping stop-starting tracks. Again, cant work out why and again, really irritating!

Any advice much appreciated.

Take it back and get it checked out.
We had constant problems with DAB reception on our RNS510. Dealer put new aerials on, no better, and then a new head unit. It is better now but not really working well. Personally I dont think the door mirrors are the ideal place for the aerials.
