rear aircon won't cool

front air con works fine but I can't get the rear vents to blow cool air, pressing the rear cabin button on the dash enables the rear fans to start working and turning the temp dial to blue only blows ambient air ... is there a solenoid valve that needs to switch on to let gas flow or fuse somewhere
any thoughts please

Only if you have the Option of Rear AirCon as in the 3 Zone Climatronic system. Otherwise you only have Rear Heating and Ambient Air, no Rear AirCon Cooling.
Can you post a picture of your Dashboard Controls.
