Rear headrests

Can anyone please tell me how to lower the rear headrests fully down so they touch the seat. Mine were in this position but I lifted them a little and now can’t get them back down. I have seat covers on and thought maybe there’s a button underneath somewhere

This is on my T5. Or rather off ......... but guess the same as yours .
