Replacement locks for bike rack

i have a T5 California with a Vw bike rack on the back. Has anyone ever got replacement locks fitted? I ask here initially as my local dealer seems to know little about my van (except how to charge to fix it). It’s much better to do some of my own research before contacting them. Thanks

Yes I got some replacement locking knobs from dealer they came as a pack of three .

May I ask how much they were please and why three? Mine only has one at the mo

Mine only had one, went into dealers to order think they were about £30.00 thought a bit dear for one when I picked them up there was three all with separate keys .
