That looks great.
Quick release is a great idea. I’ve often pondered about powering an outside cooker off the 907 with a bit of 1m length hose...
Do you have a link for the quick releases or name/type...?

I used two of these that allow a hose to be fitted to both parts. It enables the 907 to be removed in seconds so would work well for dual-use outside cooker / BBQ or you carry a long hose and leave the cylinder in the van while cooking close to the van.

Although the larger part of the two-piece quick release appears to shut of the gas (from my low pressure regulator when unplugged), I also want to be able to shut off the gas from the cylinder at the regulator so have changed the regulator as @WelshGas did here https://vwcaliforniaclub.com/threads/loose-gas-connection.12031/post-118314.
