Rock and roll bed stuck upright!

Help please!!
Away in our California ocean for the 3rd time and our bed has got stuck in the upright position. How do we get it to go down!!

My much earlier van occasionally does this. I just bounce around on the seat, particularly near the hinged end.... And push and pull the back rest, all the time pulling the loop handle. It usually does the trick. Best of luck.

Hi Faireyburrows,
We had the same issue one of our first overnight trips in our T6.1 and it needed to go back to the dealer for repair. It was stuck in the seat position and wouldn’t slide along the rails to allow us to convert to a bed.
There are quite a number of posts on this forum where people have had similar issues and managed to get them free but ours was well and truely stuck.
I hope you managed to free it up while you were away!!
