roof bellows coming away

Whilst cleaning our van under the roof today I noticed that stitching had come away from the lower rubber so I took a closer look poking and prodding only to make it worse to the point where i found damage to the rubber anyway after words from my other half for messing and prodding I have accepted that this will need a professional repair maybe even a complete new rubber base fitting to the canvas or even worse a complete new one which is a shame as the rest is pretty much perfect.
Our van is a few years old and out of warranty so nothing to be gained there
Anyone know where repairs can be done
