Hi

Picking up my new ocean in a couple of weeks and starting to look at things we may need. Can anyone recommend a sheet for covering the roof mattress. Was going to leave the plastic on it so just wanted something on top to make it comfy.

Blimey, you'll be sticky!
I wouldn't leave the plastic on. I use a normal mattress protector or a fleece throw with a sheet on top.

You could be right. Can you recommend a mattress protector

I broke the bank and bought the brandrup fitted sheet It is VERY good.... No creases at all. I'm normally a cheapskate, but it is worth it.
Do be aware that many find the upstairs bed too hard so buy a topper or replacement Matress, so you'll be better worrying about how to cover that item rather than the original Matress.

I agree, but it's worth giving the mattress a few tries. I soon got used to it.

Do you think a single waterproof mattress protector would stretch around the pop up roof bed in a t6 beach?

I have a toddler so wanted to make the upstairs waterproof in case of any accidents!!

I have probably slept in the roof bed for 250 nights out of a year.

Except in very cold temperatures (down as low as -10C) I never felt any discomfort or back issues. Two or three times I had calf cramp which is difficult to manage in the bed. Cramp preventative measures include plenty of fluids, which brings another problem... a gherkin jar helped with that issue!

I brought an Inka cover, it fits great only problem is its missing the 2 velcro bits, you may be able to get these added by calling them direct they are very helpful. It doesn't cover the foot cushion at the end of the bed, you can buy a separate cover for this I believe....I didn't bother.
