Poor Zebedee Zebra is covered in the awful Saharan sand from the recent rain and pollution. I am anxious to remove it without it scratching the paintwork or god forbid getting in the mechanism of the roof. Any tips fellow Cali owners?
Thanks

Went down the jet wash blasted it off ( but did not use the brush)

Snow Foam to loosen then jet wash...

Yep, this is the best method - we had a massive dumping on Saturday but nothing since.
Guess who washed both vehicles (and polished them) earlier that day?!!

Whatever you do DON'T go straight at it with a sponge; use a wash mitt and two buckets, rinsing the mitt constantly. Otherwise you're grinding that sand into your paintwork.

When you are cleaning the Cali give the roof channels a good clean. I gave my Cali a thorough clean before handing it over for shipping and I was horrified how much debris and organic matter had become trapped between the awning and pop up roof. I had to raise the roof and use a step ladder to clean it all out. It was impossible to do without raising the roof.
