Sat nav auto setting

Hi all,

I know this has be mentioned here before but was checking if any updates have been found.

My sat nav auto screen does not seem to work, when it’s day setting it’s bright, when set to night it’s dark but on auto it’s dark. Lights are switched to off.

any help would be great if not will take the van to the dealer as it’s only 3 months old. Model is T6.1 22
