Seat belt clicky thing falls to the floor?

Trivial I know but very aggravating, when I take my seat belt off the silver part that clicks in is always right down at the bottom near the floor when I come to put it on again!
Anyone else have this problem?
Any suggestions apart from stretching my arms

There should be a plastic "stopper", like a bar that slides up and down the belt and prevents this. Check it's not rights at the end of the belt, if it is, slide it up.
