Seat drawer popped open and now won't shut

Anyone else had this......the drawer under the back seats in our T6 popped open mid driving and now won't shut. We actually haven't ever opened the drawer since we purchased the van in Jan. Would this be covered under the warranty?

Check if the seatbelt-recievers are not pushed in to deep on the rear seat...
They might obstruct the drawer underneeth.
Does the release handle of the drawer function as supposed to , nothing broken there?

after checking above have you pushed it closed hard enough

As @Meoncoast says - are you sure you are pushed no it shut hard enough. We had this problem when we got the van. The drawer kept popping open whilst driving. We discovered that you have to ensure you shut it very firmly. Once we sussed that out we didn't have any more problems.
