Selling Advice

I'm planning on selling my California.
I have a holiday booked for the 1st week of April and could let it go when I return.
What's the opinion on putting it up for sale now, with an availability date in just over 1 months time?
Appreciate any help you can give.

so long as that's stated in the advert, i don't see a problem with that personally. you going to advertise it within the club classifieds on here ?

Personally I would advertise it after your holiday, the market will be improving.
I also think it's a little bit offputting saying " you can buy it after we've been away on holiday". Once a buyer views and falls in love with it, they won't want you using it much IMO.
Have your holiday, remove your gear and depersonalise it, valet and advertise. That would be my choice.
