Side window blinds

Hi, I have a problem with my westfalia t4 California blinds. They have rotted thruand I need to replace the blinds. I have taken off the plastic surrounds but cannot find a way to get to the roller to change the blind. Has anyone done this, or is it a garage job ? Cheers

Hi, I cant help with the blinds unfortunately but i'd really like to get two new surounds if anyone can advise on that too. Cheers
