Single seat loan/hire

As there are only two of us and we have the four seats with the third runner. We did consider getting an extra seat but will barely use it however, we have been asked if we could take our brother and two kids on holiday to France and to do this we would need an additional seat. Is anyone out there got one they rarely use and if so could we hire it from you for a two week period in August? If you have one and dont have covers I would buy a seat cover to ensure there was no damage to it. Let me know if it can be done or if there is another route we could take. I did try the dealer but they were asking silly money.
