Skylight Thermal Insulation?

We are preparing or a trip that will take us into mid-November...so we may encounter some colder temps. Plus we have a plan to do a trip in December to visit Christmas Markets. We just received our Magnetic Thermal Window Insulation for the living area from Project Camper (already have exterior insulation for the cab area)....and as I was installing I started to think about the skylights.

Do people insulate the skylights? Do they sell thermal mats for skylights (I searched and can't find- Google sends me to articles about insulating your van's roof)- maybe I am not searching for the right thing!

You could buy a foam camping sleeping mat and cut to size and insert that into skylight ? Not heard of any specific custom made panels.
