Sliding door power latch + central locking gremlins

Our sliding door has just stopped power-latching itself shut and won't respond to the central locking control (fob or driver's door switch). We're getting by with locking it from the inside and using the driver's door for access (not ideal with silver screens on windscreen and front windows).

Anyone had this problem before? Easy fix or dealer visit?

Ah, seems it's the main engine battery that's nearly dead. Never happened before. First time camping this weekend. No front lights on or anything charging off front 12v. Any idea what might have killed it? Been on EHU all weekend and have put roof up and down a couple of times (with engine off) to get topper on. Could that be it? Does roof run off engine battery?
