Sliding Door Problem

I have a 2022 Cali Ocean with the soft close sliding door.
Suddenly it has become very difficult to shut the sliding door easily. It appears that the door has dropped a few millimetres when it is open as I have to lift it slightly to make it close smoothly.
Any suggestions what could be wrong?

the rollers shouldn't be worn at that age.chck the door fixings haven't come loose

In addition to the rollers check that the slider arm at the bottom has not come loose. Some in the past have reported the lower arm coming loose

Problem solved. The two Allen bolts holding the door to the top roller bracket were loose. Tightened up, sorted. Correct sized Allen key in glove box.

Undo one at a time and use some blue loctite. A more permanent fix.

I have the same problem. The runner arm bolts need tightening. Looks like a torx style bolt. Anyone know size/type so i can buy a tool?

I thought it should be done using a Torx style key, but found that a normal Allen key works ok

I helped a friend to replace the lower roller bracket on his 2019 VW van.
The bolts on his had 12 point spline caps which are different to the 6 spline torx types.
Our 2023 Cali uses the same style bolt heads on the door roller brackets

I got away with using a torx spline bit, but I could feel some play in the bit and knew I was slightly chewing up the bolt head.

Afterwards I ordered a set of these and now keep them with a few other tools in our Cali.
