Sliding door

Since the cali came back from the body shop I've been unable to open the standard spec. sliding door from the inside. Not a huge problem as I simply slide the window open and pull the outside catch but I would like it fixed.
I've tried various safelock options but none seem to cure it.

Any suggestions?

Well it turned out it needed a new lock.
