Sliding table rubbing against edge of rear seat

We have just bought a new Cali and have noticed that the table rubs against the edge of the seat when it is pulled out and when it is pushed back into place we have to hold the edge of the seat cushion back to allow it to slide in. Does anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Hello all. I seem to have made a boo boo at my first attempt at posting a question, apologies. I have no idea how to correct it. My Cali is a 2017 DSG 204 4Motion Ocean. I will check if I have the rear seat right back tomorrow. Many thanks.

I think it's pretty normal when putting the table in the locked position it touches the bench seat fabric slightly .
Btw , moved the tread.
