SOLUTION FOR Frozen camper control touchscreen T6.1

FYI....fuses are in Amps not Watts.
Thanks. Could well be: I must have made a mistake while answering. I know nothing about electricity or the terms used only which fuse to remove and pass this on to help others.

Given the number of issues people have when disconnecting the battery I'd be very wary about that option.

Might be some hints here:

We had exactly the same issue when the control panel froze. This was down to us constantly stopping and starting the heating using remote control instead of using the constant function directly on the control panel like it says in the manual which we didn’t read this resulted in us having no heating on one of the coldest nights of the year With a roof that was stuck up so we weren’t able to drive and reset the timer had we known about the fuse option that would be much easier than having to empty the van for the AA man to disconnect all three batteries you live and learn

Pulling the fuse has been mentioned for a few years now. Unfortunately you didn't know this because it is an easy fix.
You can look up solutions here on the forum or the many facebook pages that exist. Or ask the question yourself, certainly also at the moment of the issue itself: you have a big chance that an answer will come very quickly.
Anyway: you learn something new every time.
