T4 Cal. 1991fridge and hook up not working

Hi there, I have not long bought a T4 Cal. 1991. love it! have an issue with the hookup and Fridge. The control panel seems to work ok and turns the fridge on and off. The fridge fan kicks in but runs for bit then beeps and turns off then on again. doesn’t seem to get cold and cant hear the compresor kicking in. The hook up powers the 3 pin sockets behind the driver’s seat ok. not sure it is charging the battery. when on the hook up i can’t see the icon on the display panel either. i have had the inverter out and the fridge controller unit. i took to a friend that is an electronics guy and he has changed a blown capacitor in the inverter and 2 blown fuses. can’t see anything wrong with the fridge controller.

any ideas?
