T4 California socket

Hi , can anyone tell me if there is a direct Replacement for this socket . One of the holes has melted a bit , it does work with a 3 pin adapter but only with a wiggle and I don’t like the look of the melted bit . If o can’t source a replacement could I do a straight swap for a cbe 3 pin U.K. socket ? Apologies for all the questions but I’m just working my way around the van now putting stuff right before I start using it

Oh and when I put a mains tester in it showed ‘no earth’ is this just normal as it’s on hook up ?
