T4 steering wheel controls.

Hi all, I’ve seen and looked at a lot of T4’s over the last few years, but while browsing one for sale today I spotted this.

Has anyone ever seen the steering wheel controls for the stereo and cruise control before?
Was this an option of a steering wheel for another VW model?
