I searched high and low for the type of plug that fits the T5 inverter socket. Questions had been asked about this before but people answering just gave a link to what they use. Others had bodged something to fit.
SO....... apparently, on eBay, it's called a "Brazil" plug.

Isn't it just a EU plug? Brazil uses a Type C connector, which is the same one used for most of Europe.

Or use a Europlug which supports Types C, E, F and K.

A Schuko (Type F) is the German standard so one would assume it's the perfect fit.

No, it isn't. No it doesn't.
Anyway, I was giving info not asking.

It’s called a forum. Where you have conversations. And share information. No real need to be snippy. @pchmlk has nailed it. It’s a type C plug. Just happens to be used in Brazil. But. Hey. Thanks for giving.

Er, yeah. I was sharing info that I couldn't find with a search on the forum. No one had mentioned a Brazil or Type C plug before in the threads on the inverter socket. So now it should come up when someone else does a search. You're welcome.

Here in Belgium this is the second standard plug.
The first standard is the round one with the pinned earth.
The second is just the simple 2-pin small plug.
So for us, it's our normal plugs we can use.
I don't know the type or name.

Yes indeed. I have come across cables for powering/charging laptops etc., but hadn't ever seen a converter to a UK 3pin. The one in my initial post fits perfectly.
