T6.1 Ocean Auxiliary Heater level stuck at 1

Hi, I can not change the level of the Auxiliary Heater in my new T6.1 Ocean. It seems it is stuck at Level 1 and cannot select higher (or lower) - anybody any thoughts? I have already reset the control panel through unplugging fuses 5-8 - it has reset the panel but did not help.
