I hope you are still on here. I don't seem to be able to close the clamp which holds the bike on the rack on any of the frame securing arms. Any ideas on how to get them to work?

Hi, If the clamps are locked they will just spin without opening or closing.

Hi, If the clamps are locked they will just spin without opening or closing.

They are unlocked but visibly do not close, and there is no feeling of the thread being engaged so they do close.
