Just seems to be a generic lack of information available on them. It’s baffling! Still nothing on vw side about the front doors affecting the battery either! Weird you have to leave via the front and then come back in the side
I forgot to tell that shower bomb does not work; I am taking the WV to the dealer today....it only works when the tap (at sink) is open! no clue!

No issues with my battery so far get around five days of normal off grid camping 15-20% drop a day using fridge, lights and heater at night with iPad and phone charging. I think the fact the infotainment system and aircon are available without turning a key could lead to some mishaps but the power sliding doors, doesn’t seen to have much of an impact.

Havent experienced that....is the point that whenever you lock inside and camping mode is on still consuming the 12V battery? so you mean you have to lock the vehicle from outside and then unlock again and enter through side doors and wait until vehicle locks again itself ?
So I was getting an abnormally large draw for 30-45mins if I parked up and didn’t open the drivers door.

So if I park up. Exit via the driver door. Come back in the sliding door and press camper mode. My battery life is around 60hours after 45minutes.

If I do not exit the vehicle first, it’s around 20-30 after 45mins with camping mode (this was prior to my battery being replaced, haven’t checked recently but could do the test again! )

I’ve not tried it yet, had one in the last van and had plans to use it to wash the dogs paws, but it was still in the original packaging when I sold the van.
