Tail Gate Brake Light Seal

Hello. The seal on our tail gate brake light has eroded and letting water into our 2012 Cali.. and I was wondering if anyone knew whether I could by a replacement seal or needed to buy the whole unit! Any advice welcomed .. maybe even another fix! Thx as ever
