Tailgate pull handle

I had to remove the tailgate panelling. Now I have put it back together the grab handle wobbles - is this normal?

I don't think I have ever used it, and I have no parts left over so I am wondering if it is normal?

I also need to stick back on the foam piece for the chairs

I needed to take the grab handle off to repair it recently and can only ask if the retaining screws are fully tightened ?
I recall them being very resistant to screw home fully but the whole assembly does ‘wobble’ side to side a little.

I found I had a point where the black bracing piece wasn't property locked into position. May be worth undoing and checking \ wiggling

The bracing piece slides a little on the metal rod, so it's side to side play. Pretty certain they are tight, will dismantle the handle tomorrow and have another look
