While camping this weekend I have had my first opportunity to put up my recently purchased Thule G2 Safari Room.

When I was looking for pictures, reviews or any information relating to these I found very little, so here you go.

Could they not have made the windows bigger  Must feel like a goldfish in there?

Not shown here, but I do have curtains.

Actually the view of The Tide Mill at Woodbridge is stunning so the large windows are a definite plus.

What happens when it rains? Can you still tilt the awning to channel the water away without making the safari room go crinkled?

Yup... Release the knobs on the sides and lower a leg just as you would do normally

We are still trying to decide between the Thule and the Comfortz one, what we like about the Comfortz one is it fits in with the chairs, how much does the Thule one fold down to?

It is not particularly compact.

If you need/want to store the kit in with the chairs, you will need to go comfortz

The bag is at least 120x30x20cm I would say.
