Time for an answer please?

Have no clue...I saw a video 'how to clip' showing a dash shot of a Cali 6.1 21reg. like mine and on the display screen it had a black background and a clock face with date underneath. Would any member know how I can do this on mine?
Also I thought I could change the clock time to 12 hour on the digital having lived in Canada for 40 years I have got used to that way of telling time but I'm guessing a van made in Germany comes standard with a 24 hour readout?

For the first one just switch the infotainment system off. You can select a few screens that just show a large clock and date.
