To not be disturbed while sleeping with kids

Hello,
We plan to travel in Europe and Scandinavia with our 2 kids, it would be a mix of camping sites and more free camping spots.
To be sure not to be disturbed (people knocking at the door), how do you do?
We thought about some kind of replaceable sticker that says ”sleeping babies” or such.
Where can one find these?

Have you been troubled by people knocking on your door before? We've never experienced anything like that, certainly not a pair campsite and not when wild camping either.

I made laminated signs (laminators are really cheap, particularly occasionally, at Lidl) for a different purpose as below, but the same system might work for you:

Thanks for the answer, it happened and usually it is just nice fellow campers saying hi or just asking for cutlery. The kids sleep early (@7pm) and we sometimes get inside to read and chill, especially if cold weather

Weird, I'll happily talk to any fellow camper if they sitting outside and look open to talks, I'd never dream of knocking on anyone with a closed door.
