We are looking to get a porta pottie 335 for our Coast as it seems this is most recommended by you experts being easy to use and store!

However - reading different threads its somewhat ambiguous as to how to dispose of the waste if you not at a campsite?

It looked to me that you are not allowed to put the any chemical toilet waste down a public sewer such as your own toilet - but it seems like some people do?

Maybe some certain treatments are allowed? I haven’t been able to find any public disposal points (though admit i have not done a rigorous search yet).

any advice would be appreciated.
thanks

I don't think it's any worse than toilet bowl cleaners and Bleach being used.

If you are on a septic tank it's commonly advised not to use chemicals of any sort that might kill the bacteria working in your tank.

If I cannot find a public CDP I resort to tearful pleading. The nearest campsite ..... "can I use your CDP please!"

There are a number of "green" toilet fluids available, some campsites insist you use these.
