I would say no.

Even allowing for putting it on the diagonal the width/volume of a canoe at each end, especially allowing for the curvature (rocker) of the hull would make it impractical/ likely to damage the interior.

Possibly in a LHD vehicle if the bench seat and the R hand front passenger seat was removed, but not otherwise.

This dad managed to pack the Canoe inside the Cali, his son wasn’t so impressed though
