Hi I read that the Truma boiler is supposed to be serviced and yet 2 of Truma’s service partners said you can’t really service it - it’s only an issue if it goes wrong. Anyone had a similar experience?

If you want to be reassured contact Truma service directly, they are pretty helpful, although I would think they will give the same answer as the service partners.
Where did you read it was supposed to be serviced?

I have had Truma boilers in a number of previous Motorhomes as well as my current GC, I just let the habitation servicing do what they do, which I think is only fire it up for a while. Touch wood, never had issues.

Thank you - there was something in the pack that came with the boiler that said it needed to be service every two years - think it was mandatory in Germany - but maybe I’m reading it wrong
