Turning the front seat - mines fixed

Turning the front seat - mines fixed. Ideally I would like the drivers seat turning.
Apparently, on my T6 Ocean it wasn’t standard and the original owner went for comfort seat option meaning neither seats spin.
I don’t want the one seat to be higher than the other due to sitting on a spinning plate - but would like it (the drivers seat) to turn if possible. Anyone tackled this or knows of the possibility to have it changed? TIA.

There is plenty to read up on the forum re: this issue - one of VWs finest in dropping one thing that is possibly regarded as a given in a campervan for the sake of an option. VW dropped a clanger!
Aftermarket swivels is the route to go with plenty of thought needed to getting it to suit.
I read somewhere about offset plates being handy.

Fitting a 3rd party swivel will raise the seat. But the seat base can be adapted or replaced with a lowered base or just put swivels on both front seats.
You might be able to get replacement swivel seats from a vehicle breaker. You could try Kernow Transporters in Cornwall they break and install California parts, roofs, sliding bench seat and kitchens etc.
