Umbrella - anywhere clever to store one in Beach?

We keep our extra large golf umbrella in the boot slid down the side under multi flex above compartment for the jack (hope that makes sense).
Awning winder is connected via stuck on magnets to the handle for raising and lowering the roof (so above front seats… easy access but out of sight).

Yeah, I’ve never yet found a decent place for the awning handle!

I tuck it below the bed slats but it’s a bit loose there.

I’m going to look at putting the handle and a full size brolly behind the table. Wondering if the window blinds would also fit in there.

Missed trick by vw, with a little tweak you could improve the rear door storage to hold all these things.
Hi, there are hooks fitted in the under rear seat drawer to house the awning handle

Stood in the rain watching my kids football thinking I should keep an umbrella in my beach (or maybe even two)

Anything clever I should be thinking of?

I assume you could keep them in with the chairs? Be keen then don’t tumble out though.
Umbrella and awning handle fit nicely in where the chairs store in rear boot

I keep a small umbrella above the glove box in the front, but I have a large umbrella that's resting on top of the folded comfort mattress behind the bench seat. I just have to release and bring the bench seat-back forward a bit to reach it:

The awning crank slides perfectly alongside the bench from the back:

Beaches with 2 sliding doors and a full width bench have three smaller drawers under each seat (I believe only 22cm wide each).
@jaydisc Wooden floor option in a Beach. Nice! That’s a rarely specced Beach option in the UK

Alas, due to local laws, vans in Australia must have a sliding door on the passenger side, so no factory kitchens/cupboards for Australia… twin-sliding Beaches only. Luckily, the base specs are pretty good, and the options list is basically just a few integrated packages (Leather strangely comes with digital cockpit and wood-look floor, and I insisted on leather). Unfortunately, the floor is wasted as it's covered by carpet in the cabin.

Nice. I also insisted on leather and almost all other upgrades avail in UK, but stopped short at speccing the wooden floor. Our floor is also covered by mats.

I love it!! Do your carpet segments related to bed positioning? I custom made mine into two segments from an off-cut, so I know exactly how far to slide the bench forward for the bed:

Yes - we roll up the mat closest to the bench, same approach as you.

Ours are a less precise fit than yours - we used washable matts (stick them in the washer, then dryer, and they come out like new) and this was the only size available in the colours we wanted. Your matts are definitely neater.
