Under door handle fingernail scratching

How do I remove the black scratch marks under the door handles.
Only done 5500 miles - top half is candy white.
And how to stop further scratches ?

Maybe it will polish out of the clear coat with very mild abrasive (not T-cut). Ask a detailer to look at it.
