Set up at Camping Playa Joel near Santander on day one of a 50 day trip.
Met a nice chap from Zaragoza with a lovely Limited Edition Ocean who asked for my help fitting his side window fly screen- rewarded me with a cold beer !
Great pitch under the trees which was useful for shade but useful today in stopping the pitch flooding from the pouring rain we have on Day 2 which is due to last til Sunday Morning - ironic considering the UK weather we left behind !

Cornwall, wow, its busy on every beach so left at 7.30am to get to beach for 8am to pick our parking spot, early bird and all that and so worth it. Parked here for 10 hours, got my monies worth :-D

Whipsnade Zoo was quiet today. Definitely one for the school hols if the children are driving you nuts. Pay an extra £25 to take the car in but a fantastic view for a picnic near the penguin enclosure and a good 6 hour+ day out! I’ve got HD anti roll bars so I was surprised I still have so many double chins .
