View from/of your van.

When we were yomping the Cornish Coastal Path we stayed at that campsite in St Ives (for one night and in a two man tent not a Cali obviously).

After a day in Varberg I decided it was time for coffee so time for a brew in the middle of the city.
I am going to build something better to store pots and pans etc but the plastic box have to do for a while.

Excellent! And what's wrong with the plastic box? It actually looks very practical to me. Incidentally did you know you can get the 64 litre Really Useful Box (RUB) with a side hatch - so you could then get access to stuff in the box while your coffee is brewing on top. Just a thought.

:happy We stopped in a car wash on way back to camp site after a drive to
Rockpool cafe... How sad
Ha, I stopped off at Morrison's for their jet wash. Had to be done. Washed this car more in 2 months than I did in 5 years with the last one.

Glad you had a lovely time...that's my moms house just pictured below the campsite!
She must love those views ... great place to live .
We actually ended up walking behind her house as we went on the coast path , but took a wrong turn at a hedge .

Thank you. Well, this box is kind of V shaped so the footprint is like 20% smaller than how large it is on the top. Even for being away for two nights and having no tent or awning I find the storage space really limited for two adults and two children. It will be interesting this summer when we leave for the alps and riviera :)

So you were the one in her back garden! You should have gone in and said hello, she'd have loved it!

One of the advantages of RUB is they are manufactured with nearly parallel sides so the base is only slightly smaller then the top opening, therefore less wasted space.
You can also stand on them, cook on them, use them as seats and tables:thumb

I have been driving past this small forest a number of times thinking I should stop and take a picture. Today i did it, 4 motion performed really well in 10cm of snow.

Haven't been anywhere much lately but so fed up with being stuck in the house fighting a heavy cold, today I took myself our to Creech Viewpoint at the top of the Purbeck Hills. It was lovely up there and I could mostly stay in the van and keep warm, as well as making a bacon sandwich and a cup of coffee!
