Running the Volkswagen App on Android.
There has been a recent update and now I seem to have lost access to the Digital Handbook.
Anyone had a similar problem?

Everything else is working but there is a Notification below the Digital Handbook link on how to update the SatNav Map Data which is new.

Updated on iOS a couple of days ago also and doesn’t work at all for me. Not even recognising the van when I tried to unlock it with my phone,.

Android....but I haven't got past 'input your VIN' after which it says something went wrong, try again later. I recognise that message as saying 'don't try again, it won't work then either'

TBH I’ve never noticed the handbook in the Volkswagen app, I’ve always accessed it via the California (nee California on Tour) app.

IOS, the l link to the manual is not working and the link to update the sat nav offers a June 2024 update, which is clearly wrong.

Though the manual is live in the California app so it’s a mess but liveable with I guess.

Wonder why VW ever got into software!

Just dodging the rain and gone out to the van it is the software in the van that’s at fault as it no longer sees me as the primary user. Strange as it’s been working ok until the update on my phone took place? All working again now.
